Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant - Assistant Manager

At KPMG UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant - Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise function, you will play a crucial role in delivering cloud-based solutions to our clients.

About the Role

As a Workday HCM Consultant - Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading client-facing meetings and workshops, providing compelling solutions to complex problems, and owning the end-to-end delivery of smaller workstreams. You will also lead offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or process areas for successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to deliver cloud-based solutions
  • Provide expert advice on Workday HCM cloud transformations and business process change
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of smaller workstreams, including managing offshore teams
  • Lead offshore teams to design, configure, and test modules or process areas for successful deployment
Requirements
  • Certification in Workday Core HCM module
  • Experience in implementing Workday HR/HCM cloud platform
  • Experience producing project deliverables, such as business requirements and functional specs
  • Experience working with client functional team representatives
  • End-to-end delivery experience of workstreams, including leading offshore teams
