Mortgage Sales Manager Opportunity

Barnard Marcus, part of The Connells Group, is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of Mortgage Consultants across 7 branches in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Mortgage Consultants to achieve personal business objectives and specific performance and quality standards.
  • Support the recruitment, development, and retention of Mortgage Consultants in line with the Company's recruitment plan.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans to achieve required revenue growth from a range of income streams.
  • Ensure team members maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation, promoting a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused approach to business processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership in Mortgage services.
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Services core products.
  • Familiarity with legislation impacting Financial Services businesses, particularly in mortgage & protection sectors.
  • Strong technical and e-commerce knowledge to effectively train Mortgage Consultants and promote services using mortgage sourcing software solutions.
