Pod Advisor Job Description

Colbern Limited is seeking an experienced Pod Advisor to join our team. The Pod Advisor will be responsible for providing support services to residents and customers, helping them access basic support services, and developing skills and motivation to progress into other services.

Main Tasks:
  • Support the Advice POD Co-Ordinator and other colleagues to ensure a seamless connection to the CfW, Adult Community Learning, and other council and non-council projects/initiatives and staff.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day smooth, efficient running, and high-quality of the core Advice Pod services and its developed outreach advice services.
  • Collate and maintain monitoring data of caseload to ensure accurate performance requirements, allowing accurate reporting inline with Council compliance requirements.
  • Adhere to GDPR Act when collating and maintaining data.
  • Have responsibility for own caseload of clients, using a holistic, enabling, and collaborative approach.
