This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our team as a Junior Construction Planning Associate within the Planning Division.


Role Overview:
This position will be based on-site, focusing on one of the project's most intricate networks of structures. You will assist in managing the planning functions of a designated section.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that subcontractors submit their required planning documents.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to communicate any necessary adjustments.
  • Support the Planning Manager in creating process documentation.
  • Assist in the compilation of 'As Built' records.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and TiLOS.
  • Strong skills in report writing and data analysis.
  • Experience in planning and project control within large-scale construction environments.
  • Familiarity with various tender and contract documents.
  • Understanding of project control methodologies and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles.
