- Collaborate with the workshop and delivery team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure lead times are met.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and order efficiency.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
