Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Support and develop your team members, providing guidance and training to help them achieve their full potential.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring the store operates within budget and meets sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Store Security: Maintain a secure store environment, ensuring the safety of customers and employees.
Requirements:
