The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of working within adult social care and providing management, with a strong focus on safeguarding adults and delivering a responsive, safe, and person-centered service. You will be responsible for line managing front-line operational services, ensuring that the service requirement to safeguard adults is delivered according to agreed standards, and supporting the Team Managers in delivering a high-quality Adult Social Care service.
Key Responsibilities- Providing line management of front-line operational services, including a comprehensive assessment and case management service to adults with care and support needs.
