About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Manager to join our Adult Learning Disabilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing operational management support to our Team Managers, working closely with colleagues across health to deliver a high-quality care management service.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of working within adult social care and providing management, with a strong focus on safeguarding adults and delivering a responsive, safe, and person-centered service. You will be responsible for line managing front-line operational services, ensuring that the service requirement to safeguard adults is delivered according to agreed standards, and supporting the Team Managers in delivering a high-quality Adult Social Care service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing line management of front-line operational services, including a comprehensive assessment and case management service to adults with care and support needs.
  2. Ensuring that the service requirement to safeguard adults is delivered according to agreed standards.
  3. Supporting the Team Managers in delivering a high-quality Adult Social Care service.
