Adult Practitioner Senior

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join their Preparing for Adulthood Team in Haringey. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £47,661 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert leadership and support to colleagues and professionals in complex situations.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of practice, theory, and legislation to enhance practice, procedures, and policies, promoting innovation and introducing new ways of working.
- Model effective risk assessment and management in complex situations, including positive risk-taking scenarios.
- Offer professional support, advice, and/or supervision to team members.
- Monitor and support the performance management and development of team members using a coaching approach.
- Manage complaints and verify assessments as required.
- Contribute to and provide professional leadership of organisational change and development.
- Ensure data quality legislation is adhered to by all team members.
- Monitor, analyse, and manage delegated budgets, funding, and resources in accordance with council policies and procedures.
- Pursue continual professional development.
