Job Title: Compliance Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

Owen Mumford Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of health, safety, and environmental risks across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification in health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Chartered Membership of IOSH or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience in health, safety, and environmental management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
