Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trusts, Estates, and Probate Manager to join our Exeter office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering probate services from start to completion on a wide range of projects, varying in complexity. You will work closely with clients, providing a high-quality service with empathy, and be responsible for preparing IHT accounts, advising on IHT, preparing estate accounts, and managing billings and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver probate services with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare IHT accounts, advise on IHT, and prepare estate accounts
  • Manage billings and reporting functions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a career background developed within accountancy practice, ideally within a personal tax career background, or other legal firm services background. A tax qualification, such as ATT or CTA, and/or STEP qualification, would be advantageous.
