  2. Salary: Approximately £34,000 + £2,000 bonus
  3. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Role Overview:

The Logistics and Customer Support Supervisor will be instrumental in establishing and overseeing the new warehouse for UK operations. The successful candidate will manage the transition of logistics from an external provider to in-house control. This role demands a high level of autonomy, requiring strong decision-making skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and oversee the new warehouse, including the recruitment and management of a small team.
  2. Act as a key holder, ensuring site security, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining health and safety standards.
  3. Oversee all aspects of site management, from maintenance to supply procurement.
  4. Serve as a primary contact, liaising with customers, drivers, and internal teams to facilitate logistics, manage orders, invoices, and necessary documentation for goods handling. Effectively resolve queries and ensure solutions are provided.
  5. Collaborate with the Project Manager and internal teams based in the EU.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  2. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
  3. Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management.
  4. Management experience is highly desirable.
  5. Spanish language skills are a plus.
  6. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
