As part of our Digital and Data Services (DDS) division, our Technology Service is responsible for delivering secure, innovative, and efficient technology solutions that empower both our staff and the community. We thrive in a collaborative and agile environment, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Network Infrastructure Engineer, your primary focus will be on the support and maintenance of our network systems. You will engage in various projects and implement solutions adhering to industry best practices and standards. Collaboration with senior team members will be available when needed, and you will also mentor junior team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design and enhancement of our network infrastructure to meet security, high availability, and disaster recovery standards.
  • Collaborating with the Information Security Team to ensure compliance with ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and PCN standards.
  • Assisting in the development and security of new cloud platforms and systems, contributing to a robust network for our staff and community.

You will work alongside a team of infrastructure specialists and engineers dedicated to delivering essential infrastructure services, including those for Azure, AWS, and on-premises technologies.

Candidate Profile

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the corporate network. Staying informed about the latest technological advancements, both cloud-based and on-premises, as well as best practices for configuration and monitoring, will be crucial.

We seek a skilled problem solver who can work independently and collaboratively to devise innovative solutions. Adaptability and flexibility in your work approach, along with excellent organizational skills to manage a diverse workload, are essential. Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting technologies such as Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Meraki Wireless, Palo Alto Firewall, and both cloud and on-premise data center solutions is expected.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as our engineers collaborate closely with colleagues across various roles. We anticipate deep expertise in one or two areas, alongside a foundational understanding of a broad range of IT technologies.

Relevant professional certifications and experience will be necessary to demonstrate your qualifications for this role.
