PSR Solutions is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our team in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of experts on a high-profile Railway project with Civils elements.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to project planning with the Construction Manager and Works Manager to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and manage suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve efficient integration into the project plan.
- Plan and coordinate day-to-day project requirements to optimize resource utilization and minimize snagging.
- Conduct team briefings and debriefings to ensure clear lines of command and effective communication.
- Ensure correct positioning and sequencing of plant and equipment for optimal use by on-site teams and personnel.
- Monitor site circumstances, conduct risk assessments, and re-plan work to optimize output.
- Identify potential contract variations and communicate them to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
- Implement and control health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements, supported by comprehensive briefings.
- Proven experience in delivering multiple concurrent Civil Engineering projects within a Rail environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
- Ability to develop friendly and professional customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
