Role Overview:
As the Quality Manager, you will be pivotal in driving a culture of quality and excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards, and managing a team of three direct reports. Your role will involve implementing ISO 9001:2015 standards and serving as the main contact for all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the quality team to adhere to company policies and achieve quality objectives.
- Set quality targets, analyse performance data, and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Conduct internal and external audits and manage calibration requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, incidents, and quality escapes; participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Develop and implement quality procedures and plans to meet customer quality standards consistently.
- Set QA compliance objectives, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met.
