Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Dose of Nature, a mental health charity dedicated to improving mental wellbeing through nature-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead nature-based therapy programs for adults and young people aged 16-25
- Collaborate with the psychology team to design and deliver 'nature prescriptions' for individuals with mental health issues
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving improved mental wellbeing
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services, including volunteer training and social events
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Registered with the UK's Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience in nature-based therapies or environmental mental health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
