Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our Landscape Services brand in Tonbridge.

About the Role

The Contracts Manager is an integral part of the management structure at Landscape Services, responsible for overseeing both the services delivered for our customers, and the wellbeing and requirements of our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising and managing all teams within your geographical area daily, ensuring they are following all specific routes and rounds.
  • Preparing monthly management reports plus attending customer and site meetings.
  • Price and supply quotations for ad-hoc works.
  • Liaising with customers daily and resolve any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording progress on our CRM system.
  • Planning and programming work schedules via COMMS 360, as well as leading the way with all digital processes and software, providing support and guidance to the teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a contract management position preferably in grounds maintenance.
  • Proficient understanding of contract agreements, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior managers and stakeholders.
  • Full clean driving license
  • Understanding and ability to interpret specifications, plans, quotations and customer requests.
