About the Role
Commercial Services Group is seeking a seasoned Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our team in Tonbridge. With a strong background and expertise in grounds maintenance and landscaping operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our services and the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and managing all teams within your geographical area daily, ensuring they are following all specific routes and rounds.
- Preparing monthly management reports and attending customer and site meetings.
- Price and supply quotations for ad-hoc works.
- Liaising with customers daily and resolving any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording progress on our CRM system.
- Planning and programming work schedules via COMMS 360, as well as leading the way with all digital processes and software, providing support and guidance to the teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a contract management position preferably in grounds maintenance.
- Proficient understanding of contract agreements and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior managers and stakeholders.
- Full clean driving license.
- Understanding and ability to interpret specifications, plans, quotations, and customer requests.
