The Role

Landscape Services is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services to our customers. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the standards of our services and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the programmed maintenance of all works within their geographical area, including schools, parishes, roundabouts, highways, waste sites, and ad-hoc works, all to contractual specification.

This role requires a full clean driving license and an Enhanced DBS Check. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, a company vehicle, life assurance cover, and a culture of progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing teams within your geographical area daily, ensuring they follow specific routes and rounds.
  • Preparing monthly management reports and attending customer and site meetings.
  • Price and supply quotations for ad-hoc works.
  • Liaising with customers daily and resolving concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording progress on our CRM system.
  • Planning and programming work schedules via COMMS 360, leading the way with digital processes and software, and providing support and guidance to teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a contract management position, preferably in grounds maintenance.
  • Proficient understanding of contract agreements and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior managers and stakeholders.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Understanding and ability to interpret specifications, plans, quotations, and customer requests.
