  • Engage proactively with at-risk schools, addressing concerns and reinforcing the value of Tes's offerings.
  • Utilize data and CRM tools to monitor retention metrics and develop predictive models for proactive outreach.

  • Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
