Business Performance and Planning Coordinator

DNV Energy Systems is looking for a Business Manager for FlexGrid-HV, a specialized global venture focused on services in High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) and Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems (FACTS). These technologies are pivotal for integrating renewable energy, enhancing grid stability, and ensuring efficient long-distance power transmission, essential for achieving a sustainable energy future.
About the RoleThe Business Manager for FlexGrid HV is an internal consultancy role that supports both the Venture leadership and the delivery organization. This role is crucial for strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency, ensuring FlexGrid HV's initiatives are aligned with the company's vision and market demands.
You will strategically guide FlexGrid-HV to establish DNV as a dominant force in HVDC and FACTS markets. You will help in defining the strategic vision and drive business growth. You will report to the Head of Venture.
You will shape the future trajectory of FlexGrid-HV, significantly contributing to DNV's broader goals of leading the energy industry towards a sustainable and decarbonized future. By driving business growth, leveraging innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture, you will play a pivotal role in achieving these objectives.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to meet business demands
