Join Our Team as a Business Manager

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the EMEA Markets Integrated Portfolio Services leadership, playing a vital role in supporting strategic initiatives, enhancing productivity, and building growth. You'll be responsible for facilitating cross-business collaboration and communication, leveraging your strong business acumen and organization skills to drive progress and implement necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Project Management Support
  • Assist in developing and implementing the EMEA IPS business strategies and metrics to achieve defined goals and improve overall performance.
  • Provide financial management support, including financial forecasts and reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to review key performance indicators, utilizing data to drive progress and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure effective meeting governance & preparation.
  • Represent and report on regional IPS initiatives at the global IPS strategic board level.
Operational Support
  • Monitor and report on performance, tracking and analyzing KPIs to inform strategic business planning.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business administration, management, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and manage complex projects.
  • Ability to collate and extrapolate relevant data to inform strategic business planning.
