Job Description

Key Role: Technical Lead for Investigating and Resolving Net Debt Activity

About the Role:

This key role will be responsible for leading the investigation and resolution of Net Debt activity across all customer portfolios. The successful candidate will be an expert in understanding and anticipating transactions on customer accounts, identifying exceptions, and providing expert analysis to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve Net Debt activity for all customer portfolios
  • Identify exceptions and provide expert analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Net Debt activity and customer account transactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services and customer account management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
