Job Summary

The Electronics Engineering Quality Manager will be responsible for managing our quality assurance systems, ensuring that our products and services meet customer requirements and established standards. This role requires a continuous improvement approach with compliance to all internal business processes across all functions, preserving our strong global brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Management
    • Manage, lead, and maintain quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 80079-34.
    • Ensure that audits, non-conformances, and equipment calibrations are progressed and up to date.
  • Standards Development
    • Oversee the development, modification, application, and maintenance of standards for quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures.
    • Determine present standards and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
  • Education and Experience
    • HNC or higher in engineering or a related field is required.
    • Auditor-trained CQI-IRCA ISO 9001:2015 or similar is required.
    • Level 5 qualification or above in Quality Assurance is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years progressive quality experience is required.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing quality processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA).
  • Knowledge of quality management and improvement practices and programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP is desired.
