Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide efficient and effective technical support services to staff and students, ensuring that all IT equipment is functioning properly and that users are able to access the necessary resources.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Check and maintain all premise IT resources to ensure safe and effective use by pupils and staff, including installing new software and hardware, setting up new equipment, and performing standard IT support duties.
  • Server and Network Support: Perform basic and diagnostic routines, guide others on the acceptable use policy, and maintain email accounts.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Detect, diagnose, and resolve most PC, printer, promethean screen, and peripheral device faults, and obtain quotes from suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT technical support and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
