Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. If you are a passionate foodie with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to company specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively within the kitchen team, communicating clearly and maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ensure kitchen safety, sanitation, and organizational habits are maintained at all times.
  • Support different kitchen sections as needed, understanding our full menu and adapting to changing demands.
  • Take charge of your area, tracking orders and ticket times, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Previous chef experience is essential, with a strong working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a large team.
  • Passionate about food and committed to high standards, with a flexible approach to working hours.
