Job Title: Order Picker

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as an Order Picker at our Kettering warehouse. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and dispatch goods as required
  • Load and unload customer's goods safely and securely
  • Pick goods from stock for our store customers in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Count stock and ensure it is kept in good condition
  • Perform other relevant duties as directed by management to ensure the effective performance of the warehouse operation
Requirements:
  • Must have own transport due to the location of the site
  • Punctuality and good time-keeping skills
  • Must have experience working in a warehouse for this role
  • Must be able to speak/read a certain level of English to follow instruction and be safe on site
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Must be physically fit as you will need to lift and carry items up to 25kg
  • Must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and a basic English & Numeracy Test
  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to prove this
