About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team at MAC Cosmetics London Bridge. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team of Retail Artists.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
- Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Previous experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
