About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at MAC Cosmetics in London Bridge. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to lead and develop the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Contribute to the creation of inspirational in-store events and drawing success from them.
- Ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Lead, coach and develop a team to succeed, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.

About You
- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
