Job Title: Night Housekeeping Assistant

Location: London Bridge Hospital

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Times: Permanent night shift - 21:30pm – 05:30am, 5 nights out of 7

Salary: £13.15/hr (plus night shift allowance) + excellent benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our Housekeeping Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hospital facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all areas of the hospital are clean, presentable, and safe for patients and visitors
  • Perform cleaning tasks to the highest standards, including private rooms, public areas, and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
