About the Role

TPF Recruitment is collaborating with a prestigious firm of chartered accountants seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Senior Manager to enhance their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with a diverse and engaging client base. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of remote and office-based work. Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the preparation of Corporate Tax returns and managing more complex submissions.
  • Addressing inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Engaging with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Identifying and assisting with tax optimization strategies.
  • Conducting research initiatives.
  • Resolving any questions related to tax submissions or payments from tax authorities.
  • Collaborating with senior management to provide guidance on matters such as R&D tax incentives, loss relief, capital allowances, group restructurings, and employee share schemes.
  • Assisting management with team oversight and development.

Candidate Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in corporate tax within a UK accountancy environment.
  • Professional qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACCA, or ACA, or currently pursuing these credentials.
  • Familiarity with specific tax software is advantageous.
  • Strong corporate acumen and relationship management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
