Evolve Selection Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Area Sales Manager. This position involves overseeing and expanding the OTC business in the South East territory, primarily through the pharmacy industry. The successful candidate will drive sales excellence across the product portfolio.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Requirements for the Area Sales Manager

  • Proven experience in pharmacy sales or FMCG sales is essential.
  • A strong account management approach to managing territory business is required.
  • Ability to present clinical data and build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager

  • To conduct effective and challenging customer interactions that progress account objectives and enhance partnership working.
  • To have a thorough understanding of internal customers who can contribute to achieving account objectives.
  • To create a clear and effective stakeholder map per account, including decision-makers, influencers, and access generators.
