We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Retail Appointment Live. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through your team, managing the day-to-day operation of the store, and maximizing store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets sales and profit targets
Requirements:
