Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'Good' rated Primary School in Quinton. The school aims to create a nurturing and supportive environment, ensuring children are known, loved, and well-taught.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils.
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with SEND, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
