As we expand, we are looking for a committed Home Care Field Supervisor to join our workforce and uphold the highest standards of service.

In the role of Home Care Field Supervisor at Eidyn Care, you will be instrumental in supervising and assisting our team of caregivers in the field. You will ensure that our services comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies, offering both leadership and practical support. This position includes being available on-call to address urgent situations, ensuring our clients receive prompt and effective assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and mentor home care personnel, ensuring they provide exceptional care to our clients.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities, including responding to emergencies, client questions, and staff requirements outside of standard hours.
  • Communicate with clients and their families to resolve any issues and ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Conduct reviews of care plans once they are established.

Requirements:

  • A valid driving license and personal vehicle are essential for this position.
  • Minimum of SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care at SCQF Level 6 (or a willingness to pursue this qualification).

What We Provide:

  • Competitive hourly rates ranging from £13.10 to £14.25 for weekend shifts, along with on-call compensation.
  • Weekly payment schedule.
  • Generous mileage reimbursement for travel expenses.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Working Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week, with on-call duties on a shift rotation.
  • Shifts scheduled between 7am and 10pm, with every second weekend required.

On-Call Availability:

  • Weekdays: 6am – 8am / 6pm – 10pm
  • Weekends: 7am – 10am / 7pm – 10pm
