Head of Business Systems

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Systems to join our Senior Technology management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our business systems and ensuring their effective operation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive systems roadmap to drive business growth and efficiency
- Lead the day-to-day operation of our main business systems, ensuring they meet their service level agreements
- Manage a small team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with our delivery team to plan and allocate resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness of our business systems budget
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing and growing high-performing teams
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
