Disrepair Site Manager Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Disrepair Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our social housing contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing disrepair claims and projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Disrepair Claims Management: Oversee and manage disrepair claims from inception to completion, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest quality and safety standards.
  2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  3. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections and implementing quality control measures.
  4. Budget and Timeline Management: Manage budgets and project timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in site management within social housing, with a strong background in handling disrepair cases.
  2. Legislative Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of disrepair legislation and practices, including relevant health and safety regulations.
  3. Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Relevant Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction or site management, such as a degree in a related field or a professional certification.
