About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Catering Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Universities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers with a smile and provide a personalized experience
  • Be knowledgeable about our food service and make recommendations to customers
  • Represent Chartwells - Universities and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register
  • Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations
