About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Universities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve customers with a smile and provide a seamless dining experience
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu and services, and provide recommendations to customers
  • Represent Chartwells - Universities in a positive and professional manner
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
