Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our team at Blue Arrow. As a Catering Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering facilities, working closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with food preparation, including food handling, cooking, and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in a catering or kitchen-based role.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
