Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive maintenance support to our production operations, ensuring that all assets are managed to a safe and reliable level of performance.
- Respond efficiently to plant incidents and breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance duties to increase uptime, maintainability, and performance.
- Contribute to the delivery of operational performance improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements, adhering to our Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of engineering maintenance support to production and other functions within the business.
- Share knowledge and expertise with other Shift Engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Qualified in a relevant engineering discipline and multi-skilled to an appropriate level.
- Excellent personal health and safety record, with a commitment to ensuring the safety of others.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, maintaining Company standards and influencing policy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design out problems and improve engineering systems and procedures.
- Willingness to attend training as required to meet mandatory business requirements.
- Competitive hourly rate paid every 4 weeks.
- 6 weeks holiday, increasing to 7 weeks with 5 years' continuous service.
