Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our engineering and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining plant and associated equipment on-site while ensuring the highest standards of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain plant and associated equipment on-site to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Continuous Improvement (CI) projects
  • Manage maintenance costs and lead Root Cause investigations to uphold the commitment to excellence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance and confident in both Mechanical and Electrical fault finding
  • Must have served an Engineering apprenticeship
  • Expertise in PLCs, ppm, CMMS, and root cause analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead CI projects
  • Ideally have 17th or 18th Edition
  • Knowledge of CI and Asset Care
  • Must be happy working on a 12 hour Days and Nights Rotating Shift Pattern
