Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining plant and associated equipment on-site while ensuring the highest standards of safety and Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain plant and associated equipment on-site to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance and be confident in both Mechanical and Electrical fault finding.
  • Must have served an Engineering apprenticeship.
  • Expertise in PLCs, ppm, CMMS, and root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
  • Ideally have 17th or 18th Edition.
  • Knowledge of CI and Asset Care.
