About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Total Rewards at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing remuneration programs, policies, and procedures that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.
- Manage and maintain compliance with current local legislation and regulations within European countries.
- Collaborate with the People team to ensure job evaluations are conducted in line with defined organizational design principles.
- Support the development and implementation of center-led remuneration and benefit-related initiatives and activities.
- Integrate and align remuneration processes with payroll processes and relationships in local countries.
- Prepare and present people budgets, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Manage annual salary reviews across different countries and entities within the region.
- Conduct surveys, research, and industry benchmarking exercises to develop country-specific pay scales.
- Provide expert advice and support to People business partners, line managers, and employees on remuneration, benefits, and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in total rewards management, compensation, and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of local legislation and regulations within European countries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
