We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Total Rewards at Oakleaf Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing remuneration programs, policies, and procedures that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with current local legislation and regulations within European countries.
  • Collaborate with the People team to ensure job evaluations are conducted in line with defined organizational design principles.
  • Support the development and implementation of center-led remuneration and benefit-related initiatives and activities.
  • Integrate and align remuneration processes with payroll processes and relationships in local countries.
  • Prepare and present people budgets, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Manage annual salary reviews across different countries and entities within the region.
  • Conduct surveys, research, and industry benchmarking exercises to develop country-specific pay scales.
  • Provide expert advice and support to People business partners, line managers, and employees on remuneration, benefits, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in total rewards management, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of local legislation and regulations within European countries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
