Commercial Finance Manager

Your new role at Hays Accountancy and Finance will be a key part of our team, working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and the broader commercial finance team. As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing insights and analysis to the business, focusing on the Sales and Margin P&L lines within the core business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Sales and Margin P&L lines, providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the commercial finance team to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Commercial Finance/FP&A and Business Partnering experience
  • Retail experience is desired
  • PowerBI experience is desired
  • High levels of pace, energy, and resilience
  • Advanced Excel is essential
