Arcus Search is proud to support a global insurance firm, on searching for an adaptable, communicative and technical Senior Business Analyst.

You will be joining them on a permanent basis, to be responsible for their business systems and functional requirements for policy administration, downstream systems and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives, understanding business needs and requirements, documenting these and reporting on them.
  • Facilitate and conduct requirement meetings, presentations and workshops.
  • Ensure solutions ultimately improve efficiency for business processes and consistent with its products
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders daily, across a variety of business functions
  • User stories and Acceptance Testing criteria, test plans and scripts based on requirements.
  • Mentor and lead one or more IT Business Analyst(s).

**Required Experience:**

  • Extensive Business Systems Analysis experience in the insurance industry
  • Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) - preferably Guidewire
  • Agile and Business Analysis methodologies
  • Experience with reporting solutions highly desirable
