About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Smart IT Frame LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Groom the Product Backlog: Work closely with business leaders to build and maintain the product functionality backlog, ensuring that it is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value.
  • Define Solution Components: Collaborate with Business Product Management to define larger and more complex solution components for IT departments and break them down into logical discrete units for development.
  • Authenticate Technical Integration: Authenticate technical integration across multiple enterprise software systems, ensuring seamless communication between business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Communicate Vision and Goals: Communicate the vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Elaborate User Stories: Elaborate user stories for implementation, working with Business Analysts across IT to ensure alignment toward the Equifax vision.
  • Prioritize Product Backlog: Ensure that the Product Backlog is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with key customer contacts and with Product Managers as required to ensure that all relevant inputs to the Product Backlog have been collected and prioritized.
  • Participate in Team Planning: Participate in team planning meetings and exercising availability to provide advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each Sprint.
  • Inspect and Accept Completed Work: Inspect and accept or reject completed work from the development Sprint.
  • Demonstrate Product Functionality: Demonstrate completed product functionality to the internal partners at the completion of each Sprint.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with New Technologies: Demonstrate an aptitude and drive to learn new technologies and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • IT Experience: 5 years of IT experience, including 3 years Business Analyst or Business Analyst with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems.
  • Agile Development Experience: 3 years experience working with Agile development methodologies, including extensive user story definition and writing.
  • Large Development Team Experience: 3 years of experience working with large development teams with multiple scrum teams and development interdependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scrum Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager: Experienced Scrum Business Analyst or Technical Product Manager working with Agile Delivery Teams utilizing Agile Scrum Kanban.
  • Deep Understanding of Web Service Technologies: Deep understanding of web service technologies, user interface interaction, batch systems, and knowledge of systems development and project management life cycles.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Developed a Product Roadmap and have influenced key business partners for consensus on business priorities.
