Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join a prominent player in the construction sector. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager or a Compliance Advisor looking to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing, managing, and enhancing the Integrated Management System (IMS) to align with the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Standardizing processes and documenting procedures to ensure adherence to quality policies and objectives.
  • Acting as the representative for quality assurance, assessing procedural requirements and ensuring compliance across the organization.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the IMS, ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in line with company policies.
  • Facilitating successful project delivery while ensuring compliance with relevant ISO accreditations.

Technical, Quality, and Compliance Duties:

In this role, you will also:
  • Collaborate with various departments to create plans and documents that meet industry certification standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance design processes and maintain essential records related to building safety.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to documented control processes.
  • Oversee the review and update of policies and management system documents.
  • Support the maintenance of ISO certifications and compliance with environmental legislation.
  • Develop and update process maps and quality plans to align with new standards.
  • Administer an audit program for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist teams in addressing internal and external audit findings through root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the Quality Forum to share best practices across the organization.

Communication and Reporting:

You will be responsible for:
  • Raising awareness of the management systems and ISO standards throughout the organization.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management regarding the IMS.
  • Aligning policies and procedures to eliminate redundancies.
  • Implementing data capture and analysis to support key accountabilities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • Experience in a Compliance Manager, Quality Manager, or similar position.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or civil engineering.
  • Proven track record in systems compliance or quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
