Key Responsibilities:
  • Take Will instructions and prepare/draft Wills for clients
  • Provide specialist advice to clients and manage their caseload
  • Manage all Wills administration, including handling telephone calls and producing reports
  • Accurately record time and manage financials, producing bills and handling credit control
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Wills Assistant in a law firm setting
  • Strong communication and people skills, with excellent IT skills
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with time recording, billing, and Wills processes

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with parking available on site. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for Private Client work, we encourage you to apply.
