Tata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Implementation Specialist to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consulting and implementation services for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver SAP EWM configurations for warehouse management applications, focusing on outbound processes, wave picking, and system integration with APO.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop traceability matrices.
  • Provide robust solutions that meet long-term business objectives and advise on standard SAP best practices for warehouse management.
  • Work with program stakeholders, partners, and IT to manage and resolve cross-program solution issues.
  • Prepare and present recommended design to Solution Design Authority and prepare solution design changes with impact assessments.
  • Guide the process team in analysis and decomposition of current business processes, scripting exercises, and design and configuration of the EWM system.
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with end-user communities.
  • Plan and deliver system unit, integration, and performance testing, as well as support cutover activities and deployments.
  • Support all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
  • Assist with handover to Production and knowledge transfer to customer and internal Support teams.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of extended warehouse management, including outbound processes, wave picking, and system integration with APO.
  • Strong system integration experience and experience of defining and resourcing support teams.
  • Excellent communications skills and proven ability to manage/balance senior stakeholder interests.
