About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Bannatyne's luxurious spa in Banbury. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
